The Plum Tree Hat

One of the first flowers to bloom in the spring is The Plum Tree.  This purple, blue and green hat is all about the varied colors of a Plum Tree - purple, green and fuchsia, with the color of the plums in the brim.  This chunky yarn wool hat is made for warmth but you will also wear it for your distinctive style.
 
This bulky yarn hat with its large fake fur pom-pom is crocheted using Malabrigo Rasta yarn, which is superwash wool that is so soft and warm against your skin that you will feel cozy all day long.  I contrasted several colors of Rasta to form a warm visual rainbow.

The hat measures 8" from the bottom of the brim to the top of the crocheted hat. Lying flat, brim-to-brim, it measures 9.25", but TAKE NOTE that this hat and brim expands to fit a normal 20-23 inch woman's head.
 
I crochet each of my hats individually, using yarns that I have collected from a variety of sources. My interest is in creating hats that are fashionable and unique, and that use the highest quality yarns to keep you warm and cozy all day in the winter cold.
